- Number Seven Sabbaths of Years: “And Thou shalt number seven Sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven Sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.” (Leviticus 25:8).
- Cause the Trumpet of Jubilee to Sound: “Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubilee to sound…” (Leviticus 25:9).
- Cause the Trumpet to Sound at the Time Appointed: “Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the Day of Atonement…” (Leviticus 25:9).
- Make the Trumpet to Sound Throughout the land: “… In the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land.” (Leviticus 25:9).
- Hold a Solemn Assembly on the Day of Atonement: “Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD” (Leviticus 23:27).
- Hallow the Fiftieth Year: “And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year…” (Leviticus 25:10).
- Proclaim Liberty Throughout the Land: “… And proclaim liberty throughout all the land …” (Leviticus 25:10).
- Proclaim Liberty to all the Inhabitants: “… And proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof …” (Leviticus 25:10).
- Return to your Possession: “… And ye shall return every man unto his possession …” (Leviticus 25:10).
- Return to your Family: “… And ye shall return every man unto his family.” (Leviticus 25:10).
- Do not Oppress one Another: “… Ye shall not oppress one another” (Leviticus 25:14).
- Reduce the Cost of Living: “… Thou shalt diminish the price of it …” (Leviticus 25:15-16).
- Obey the Law and Promote Justice: “Wherefore shall ye do my statues, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety” (Leviticus 25:18).
- Redeem the Land. Don’t let it be Sold Forever: “… Ye shall grant redemption for the land” (Leviticus 25: 24).
- Help your Brother Redeem his Possession: “If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession and in the jubilee it shall go out and he shall return unto his possession”. (Leviticus 25:25, 28).
